Membership
Membership
is open to all with an interest in climate change. We have members from
a wide range of fields and professions; journalists, non-governmental
organisations and charity workers, as well as a range of academic
members. Membership of the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) is not
a pre-requisite for joining.
Application
for Membership:
Applying to join the Climate Change Research Group is a simple process.
All you have to do is complete a simple form detailing your contact
details, together with any professional or academic affiliations you
may have. We will ask you to describe your interests briefly, so that
other members with similar ideas can be more easily put in touch.
Finally, we will ask for your consent to add you to our Members'
Directory: a searchable guide to expertise, interests and geographical
region. We will not pass this information on to anyone beyond the
Group's Committee and the Membership Directory. Any questions about
this process, or membership in general can be directed to the
Membership
Secretary, Ms Laurel Murray. The application form can be downloaded here.
